Recently, Scanworks participated in the annual AAAE Convention on June 14-17^th in Philadelphia. It was a great opportunity to visit with previous clients and friends, and hopefully make future ones. We had our HDS 3000 Laser Scanner on the exhibition floor scanning the facility while we were there. It gave exhibitioners an actual “on-site” demonstration on the power of what we have to offer their upcoming projects. We were excited to learn how many participants were unaware of terrestrial lidar technology and we were even more excited to be given the opportunity to take the time to show the capabilities of Scanworks in the aviation arena. We believe high definition laser scanning is becoming an essential component to complex aviation projects. Scanworks demonstrated not only the Reading Terminal facility, but other samples of projects we have worked on throughout the country.
